Refunds and cancellations

To ask for a refund, email hello@deardarlinghq.com with your name and what you bought. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with within 10 working days.

Guides

• Not delivered or not working: if your guide doesn't arrive or won't open, we'll fix it or refund you in full
• Otherwise: guides are digital and delivered straight away, so we don't refund them once sent
• UK and EU buyers: you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because your guide opens straight away, you're asked at checkout to agree that this right ends once you get access

Advisory

Advisory fees aren't refundable once you've booked.

If we have to cancel a session, we'll offer a new time or refund that session.

The 30-minute chat is free. If you can't make it, please let us know so we can offer the time to someone else.
